Dr.Swathi's Skin & Cosmetic Clinic - A Unit of Derm O Ear

He is very friendly and efficient. He cleaned my ear in 1 minute and applied medical strip in another one minute. I was out of the office in 3-4 minutes total. He have suction equipments and other required equipments which will make your ENT appointment pain free.

Only negative is that he is a very busy doctor. Even though he fixes small things in a jiffy, he performs reconstruction and repair surgeries that will take time. Hence you might be waiting for longer than anticipated. He can put up a tv. But wait is worth it.

I have seen many Doctors recently and took treatment for my skin irritation.

However the conditions keeps on repeating.

Now after 2 weeks of treatment provided by Dr. Swathika, I have almost cured and will continue to get her Consulting and suggestions for betterment.

I was getting treatment from dr.Swathika for past 8 months . One of my friend referred this clinic . I was upset initially that I felt she did not listen to my problems but slowly I recognised the changes in my skin with her medicines and advises . It took long month to get my normal skin after staying with her consistent treatment and advises for stopping all home care remedies. Friendly staffs .

I visited Dr.Swathika for mole removal for my wife .doctor and staffs are very friendly . She addressed well with her issues and even explained about postponing the procedure due to covid , not in hurry for procedure . she is a good caring and kind hearted person.

Even working staffs there are giving very good hospitality, good atmosphere and very hygienic place...

I would say she is highly systematic and adherent to ethics .. 😊

Experience was good overall. Dr was ************* *** experienced. Butimprovement may be needed on time given to listen and understand the patient problem. We went on time but we got to wait for 45min~1 hour to meet Doctor, reception staff said that booking appointment in Practo is up to you, but Dr availability is also based on Direct appointments priority only.

Really an Excellent way of taking care of the patient. And explaining the symptoms to the patient to understand it easily without any confusion.

Over all best pre and post surgery treatment.

And the doctor was helpfull at all time, that when patient have some issues with her condition even while patient is not at hospital, doctor is ready to guide them over call which has to be done and which has not to be done.

Regarding the location it's really awsome and very clean and hygiene for patient, which is very important for at this pandemic situation.

Really happy that patient is recovered post surgery, that's the important one.

Very happy with doctors approach towards the diagnosis and treatment . With the series of visit and procedures face looks good than before with my acne scars .

Dr. Swathika is very rude and arrogant. She should be polite with the patient I dont know why she is yelling at the patient and the attender.
