Buying a spectacle involves the following steps 1. Accurate eye testing and prescription 2. Proper choice of frame size, shape and type ( rimless to be avoided for higher powers, full frames to be avoided for progressive lenses) 3. Perfect and accurate marking of centre of your eye when you wear the frame. This measurement is done by the eye surgeon at americaneeyecarecenter as this is a very vital step to ensure perfect vision 4. Proper choice of lens as per your prescription- higher powers requires ASPHERIC AND HI INDEX LENSES.... higher cylinders and add power is best dispensed by free form technology 5. Once you have selected your frame and lens and centre markings done the lens has to be fitted on AUTOMATED COMPUTER GUIDED KAPPA MACHINES, for maximum accuracy 6. Once the lens is fitted on your frame at the factory we will do a quality control check to ascertain whether it's of the correct prescription, centration and fitted perfectly 7. Finally we dispense the spectacle to you by making you read the distance and near to do minor adjustments to the nose pad and ear tips to ensure fatigue free wearing of your spectacles
