It was this july when my mom was detected with breast cancer. Shocked and shattered we were suggested operation nd chemo if needed.

Operation was after 20 days and i knew tht those 20 days will be one of the toughest time of my life so i made mom meet shefali as i knew her well before and knew what her diets can do. And as per to my expectations her diet and her motivation helped mom a lot and she was much stronger both physically and mentally on the operation day.

She is still following shefali's diet and is recovering well.

I cannot thank shefali enough for what she did for me and my family. Her diet, her motivational talks, her concern,her constant guidance helped me and my mother to win this tough battle and against cancer.
