Ms. Jasmine

I found my sessions with Jasmine immensely helpful. Jasmine’s approach is not the least bit intimidating and immensely practical in nature. She helped me to identify the issues which cause me anxiety and to find techniques which enabled me to deal with them as they arose. I now feel I have the tools necessary to deal with the various stresses in my life and that I can adapt these tools to suit any situation I am presented with in the future.

Working with Jasmine has been a really positive and transformative experience. She got what I needed straight away and through incisive but gentle questioning helped me change the way I think about so many things. If you are thinking about talking to a therapist, I would encourage you to go for it!

I am taking counciling sessions for more than a month now and i can say that i am better version of my self. I have tried and talked to many counsellors before but she was the first one who listened every detail carefully before starting to telling me what to do. Even if you struggle to speak and express what you want to say she has the ability to get things out of you. Also she has very different techniques of guiding. I am grateful that i found her on practo and becoming a better person by practicing what she is teaching.
