I had pain in my right shoulder from over two years as a result of gym injury. I saw this recommendation on practo and decided to visit him. He explained me the issue properly and diagnosed me with supraspinatus tendinitis. This is very common sports injury but if not dealt with properly can become chronic.

The day i came to him i could not lift my right arm above my shoulder.

He advised me a 10 day course in which he gave deep tissue massage followed by cupping therapy, dry needling and electrotherapy.

I was surprised that only after day 1 ....i felt that my shoulder was quite relaxed.

At the end of the course my pain was completely gone and he advised me some recovery exercises which i have been doing.

My shoulder is getting better ever since.
