Dr. Suruchi Garg was not available at clinic yesterday evening on Saturday, even after the fixed appointment via Practo app at given appointment time. After receiving the payment, receptionist told that she will be available only Monday to Friday. They must be informed to the patient in advance about the availability of the doctor. It was very disappointed. Overall the behaviour of another doctor was very good. But we want to meet Dr. Suruchi Garg for her expert advise.
A well experienced and patient friendly doctor. She is a thorough professional who knows her job well. she could diagnose the issues correctly and explained the solutions very well. very precise and to the bare minimum medicinal approach to the problem. overall very good experience and would recommend for her speciality. clinic is clean and covid protocol implemented. waiting time is very less and medicines also available at clinic.
