Inspite of having a confirmed appointment through PRACTO.COM, the Doctor was not available in the clinic at 12.03 when I reached , the staff at the reception was rude and did not behave well saying if you had an appointm

Inspite of having a confirmed appointment through PRACTO.COM, the Doctor was not available in the clinic at 12.03 when I reached , the staff at the reception was rude and did not behave well saying if you had an appointment what can we do u can go anywhere. THe same was reported on the helpline number from the clinic itself. I had gone from such a distance after leaving all my work and rescheduling my day after taking a confirmed appointment.
