Explained him about the problem and then after listening to problem he didn’t directly recommended me the surgery but tried for alternatives to prevent the surgery which normally doctors don’t do. At the end as the problem was not getting resolved so he recommended me the surgery and even in OT he was so nice and gentle. He tried to make me feel relaxed as I was bit stressed. Doctor was kind, thorough and obviously knowledgeable. He went through all my records painstakingly, listening to every detail patiently. I felt very comfortable talking to him.
