I have been reluctant to see a physiatrist, but after my first visit to Dr Sumeet's clinic, my whole perception changed. He is an extremely patient doctor who listens to all your issues without asking any unnecessary questions. Before visiting Dr Sumeet, I was consulting with a psychologist, but wasn't even satisfied. Dr Sumeet's sessions are always helpful and he explains details about the medicines too. I can now sleep well and feel refreshed throughout the day. It is a relief that a psychiatrist like Dr Sumeet is available in Chandigarh.

Very Good. He pointed out exactly why I was having such problem. Then he laid out the root problem of the condition. After that, he correctly predicted what was wrong in my lifestyle and what should I change to come out of it.
He prescribed me some medicines which should be taken for atleast 15 days. Because, these medicines start working after 15 days and not immediately. Anxiety occurs due to overthinking, and when an individual is overthinking, he gets stressed a lot which turns into anxiety. He told me some breathing tips which I'm now using to control my anxiety.
