Dr Malhotra is a very arrogant man.. and his reception staff is the bad. They commit something and then they totally forget about it as if who cares about the patient. Staff is so unpleasant that you really need to ignore their bad attitude. One can still deal with the bad attitude of the staff if the doctor is worthy. But mind you in this case the doctor is even more arrogant and least interested to listen to your concern. He goes by his own will. I have learnt in my few visits to him that he is never going to patiently listen to what you have to say and will dismiss you within 5 minutes and then charge you a hefty amount of Rs 700 for spending 5 minutes inside his cabin and waiting for at least 30-40 mins in the wAiting area.

He may be good at his profession but is definitely not good at behaviour. I have finally decided to look at other options.
