Dr. Ashima Goel

Went in thinking I had heat rash all this time from the hot/humid conditions outside and found out it was acne! I never had skin issues until two weeks back so I was quite surprised by the assessment. The front desk help was efficient and I was able to see Dr. Ashima quickly without wait period. The consultation itself didn't take long, she asked a couple of questions and then prescribed a list of medicines to eat at certain times of the day and apply medical ointments on the affected area. She was patient and thorough about how to take all the prescriptions and will need to see her after 15 days. Will update after the next consultation.

She's an accommodating doctor. Although bogged down by the standard habit of doctors of start prescribing medicines as soon as the first symptom is uttered by the patient. I told her I am not comfortable with taking oral medications and not interested in treating the diseases only cosmetically. She changed the course of her medication immediately. Appreciate that. See you again in 20 days doc!

Charges in dermatology need to reduce alot otherwise BPO sector employees like us working in 12-15K salary/month can not afford 1 session worth Rs.4500/- . Rest doctor & clinic both were up-to-date. Dr.Goel gives ample time to patient to understand the problem & also understand the offered treatment.

The only thing which holds me back is pricing in dermatology sector. This department is not for lower-middle class income group like us. But then sometimes you need to save your skin. :)

Not at all a pleasant experience. I was shocked at the price of * ****** ear piercing.

Found her very expensive and not at all warm and welcoming. As soon as I sat down and started speaking I was interrupted in between and was asked to pay the consultation free before I could make myself comfortable.

When asked about the price of piercing , my jaw dropped because it was whooping high! ( 4,500 ) exclusive of consultation fee.

She might be great at her work but for me personally client rapport and dealing is very important. I was simply put off by her approach .

My experience was awesome .

As I was very fed from the problem of boils on my face but the day I consulted Dr.Ashima,I saw hope of getting better.I really felt satisfied within the very two months of my treatment.

I would highly recommend people to just come up for your skin issues and feel satisfied.

Firstly I search this clinic from internet as I didn't know any skin doctor in Chandigarh. I read all feedbacks on internet, then I decided to visit the clinic.
