Sir,  Firstly, we'd like to Thank you for giving us a chance to help you get better!  To revert to your observations, we'd like to educate and inform you about the points raised by you.  As it was your first time trying Homoeopathy, we assure you that we follow the prescribed norms and procedures set in Homoeopathy. It is very important for a good homoeopath to have good communication skills in order to be able to take a good case (first interaction with the patient) as that is the very basis of formulating the remedies (medicines) for the patient.  The Discount offered to you on the consultation fee is something we do for all our esteemed patients from the Armed Forces. This is a small thank you from us!  The prescription given to you had the medicines and potency in "codes" as a preventive measure, as they are special formulations made by us here at our clinic. These are formulated specifically & only for you, for the specific symptoms told by you to us at your visit.  This is NOT a one size fits all system and so the use of codes which are understood by the doctor and our dispensers. For example, a "simple headache" medicine that works for one person is not for anyone else who might show similar symptoms. So the codes to prevent self medication.  As for the price of medicines, Sir, a part of the set of medicines given to you was patent sealed medicines, so we only charged you the retail price for those. The medicines formulated by us here are tailor made for you and are made using top of the range medicines from Germany and India. As mentioned by you, that you paid 1600 for all medicines (including patent sealed medicines with printed MRP) , a simple arithmetic shows that you were charged INR 106 for ALL FIVE of the medicines, per day. Which, by no means amounts to "throwing money" for "highly priced medicines".  The only thing we would like to request you, is to refrain from using language such as "throw around money" that too with reference to a doctor, and it is medical advice and certainly not a discourse.  Homoeopathy , as a system, lays emphasis on communicating with a patient and understanding the patient's mindset to be able to suggest a remedy that acts on not only the cause of the ailment but also overall wellbeing.  Wishing you Good Health!  Team Aditi's Homoeo Health
