My appointment was for 7.45pm. I reached the clinic at 7.40pm & 2 patients were waiting. So, my turn came at 8.15pm. Then there was an emergency case, where Dr had to look into urgently. By the time my consultation was over it was 8.40pm. I had an official call at 8.00pm. I had informed about this while fixing appointment. I got 40mins late to the call and could join the call only at 8.40pm.

Also Rs.800/- was charged as consultation fee as against Rs.600/- which is the normal fee. I was charged Rs.600/- only last time

Started with HBa1C at 9.4% Months back. Doctor explained well what does it means and how to reduce the same. In 3 months time we could reduce it to 7%. Now following his advice meticulously to reduce further.
