My experience with Dr. Sangeeta was great. She listened carefully to everything I shared about my feelings, struggles, and questions. She gave me helpful advice and suggestions that have pointed me towards finding happiness and peace within myself after my separation. I'm looking forward to our next sessions, where I'll keep working on improving myself. Thanks a lot.

After my divorce, I felt really broken. I didn't know how I would manage to raise my child or make a living without a job. That's when I heard about Dr. Sangeeta. She helped me get mentally ready for the challenges ahead. Now, I have a job and I'm working hard. Even though I still feel sad, lonely, and overwhelmed sometimes, things are getting better, and I'm slowly starting to heal.

She gave me practical advice that gave me hope and the courage to face my challenges, and discussed things with my husband which eventually led to solving things between us. I'm so thankful I found her. It's important to reach out for help and talk about your struggles—it's a crucial step towards feeling better and growing.

A few months ago, life felt really tough. I was dealing with depression and anxiety, finding it hard to even get out of bed. I felt stuck in my own comfort zone and would often cry myself to sleep. But now, things are so much better. I'm experiencing some of the happiest days of my life. I've learned to find joy in simple things and stopped letting others or my past define me. I've also managed to stop hurting myself and started believing in myself more. I'm really proud of the progress I've made recently—it feels like a big achievement. And I couldn't have done it without the help and support of my friends and my therapist, Dr. Sangeeta. I'm incredibly grateful to her. She's been like a guardian angel to me.

Really, I had great experience and breakthroughs in all areas of my life. My relationship is getting better and better each and every day. She helped me to overcome my problems which I had undergone with lot of stress now I have better clarity on what I am doing and how to overcome all my problems.
