I have booked the appointment for my father in law. Behavior of the doctor is very good. The treatment is full satisfactory. But online booking is of no value. I have been allotted with the 9.30 slot therefore i reached

I have booked the appointment for my father in law. Behavior of the doctor is very good. The treatment is full satisfactory. But online booking is of no value. I have been allotted with the 9.30 slot therefore i reached there by 9.05 and my serial number is 10. when I asked about the online booking the reply of the staff is that "online booking is of no value for us & we only accept first come first serve basis." In fact they have asked "who advised to book online and we don't accept such facility". So in my opinion regarding online booking is negative. One should not book online coz it is of no value for the staff of VISION CARE. They only accept first come first serve basis. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE FOR ONLINE BOOKING.

The customer service is very poor. They doesn't treat patient properly. Calling on different dates multiple times and not attending properly.

Pls dont visit them.

We waited for 2 hours for a normal eye test and received another date for final call but even after visiting them twice they didnt attend us with few excuses.
