I have had fistula in ano for this I have consulted many doctors and they suggested me for surgery but not provided proper assurance of the treatment I was very scared as I have seen videos relating this disease on YouTube and many sites and also consulted this problem with my relatives and close friends they suggested not to go with open surgery and laser surgery because it's so risky and chances of reoccurrence is also high. Then to know the depth of the tract I opted for MRI and the report showed 3 cm of the tract I was so disappointed and tensed at that time then after one of my relative Uncle Rai suggested me about Dr J N Panday and kshar Sutra surgery as they have also suffered from the same disease and got fully healed after having treatment from Dr J N Panday clinic So I decided to consult Dr Panday and for the first time when I went there they have examined the tract completely using a knob and found the whole tract was about 5 to 6 cm long, the procedure was painful but due to his expertise and experience I was able to co-operate and they inserted a kshar Sutra in the whole tract which takes a week to work on infection then after again it need to be change. The doctor said it will take minimum 2 months (8 times) to heal because the tract is huge and started medications combination of ayurveda and allopathy then from 2th time Onwards the pain in changing Sutra reduces and finally when I went 7 th time for changing Sutra the tract was completely healed and filled. Dr. J N Panday is very much expert in this treatment they perform this treatment with so much of ease sometimes I didn't feel any pain or anything and they have changed the Sutra and said it's done I am so happy now finally I got rid from this poor disease Thankyou so much sir "I highly recommend Dr. J N Pandey sir for anyone seeking expert care for severe fistula disease.
