Today i booked an appointment with practo, and got confirmation message. I kept time aside from my busy schedule and I travelled 15 km from my home to doctor clinic to found that doctor is on leave since 2 days and will come after two days..When i complained with the receptionist , i found him indifferent towards my complain. this is height of irresponsibility. Practo could have mentioned in the confirmation sms that i should first call the doctor before going to his clinic. What type of credibility vision you are having for your company? totally unreliable.And the doctor should also understand that he should at least update on website that he is on leave and should not take appointments. For Patient , especially senior citizen, its very disappointing to travel such long distance and found doctor on leave
