I do not recommend this doctor.

One of the Practo representative(Riya)called me again and again and convince** ** * ******** *** * **** *** ****** * **** **** *****Whole story:In the end of the May 2022, I was suffered from severe pain at anal region. One of the Practo representative(Riya)called me again and again and convinced me to meet this doctor. I met him and he asked me for the MRI scan and operation of fistula.I am a senior software engineer and works for an MNC and also I have very good insurance policy. They operated me in the Care Infinity hospital.After the operation, still I'm facing pain issues.My operation was cashless because of good insurance policy I had.Last week I went to the Care Infinity Hospital and asked them to fill a section of insurance form ( for pre and post hospitalization charges reimbursement regarding) which has to be filled by the Hospital/ Doctor who operated me.But the Dr. Bhupendra of Care Infinity Hospital clearly said that they can't fill the form as you have operated by Dr. Sabeeh Nasar by Practo so you should contact him.I contacted to Riya (Practo Representative) and explained all this.She asked me to contact Dr. Shabeeh Nasar.He asked me to meet at Metro City hospital near Padmanabh Nagar, Bhopal at 7 PM.I reached hospital at 6:45 pm but the doctor came at 8pm.Instead of being sorry for the late and not even asked me about my health, when I asked him to fill this form which has to be filled by the doctor/hospital ** ****** *********** ****** *** **** ** ******* **** ****** ** **** ****** *** ***** ** **** **** ****** **** ***** *** ***** *** *** *****"He talked very rudely and in a foul manner over the road..he not even asked me to sit in the hospital and talked in a very impolite manner.Then I asked him to share the details required in the form then I will fill the form.*** ** ******** ****** ****** ** **** ****** ** ****** *** *** ******** **** **** ***** ****After this I explained this to Mrs. Riya and Mr. Hemendra who met me at the hospital while operation from the practo side but they didn't resolve the problem yet.I'm asking is this the way to talk to your patient.and also nit signing the form so that I can go for the insurance of pre and post expenses of all the tests and medicines prescribed by the same doctor.

I do not recommend this doctor.

Bad experience ever feel. I came from Mandideep 30km long distance and doctor was not unable for check-up.

There is not any systematic process or coordination I felt.

Bad experience with practocare or with surgeon ?. I was not there at that time. I think there was some coordination issue between us
