I think and u will also agree. half hour delay is an acceptable delay for a doctor visit ..because different patients take different amount of time.. Regarding coming late may be some patient getting critical at hospital any day can lead to doctors delay to coming to clinic... At the same time we sometimes have to manage admitted patients on phone... So we have to take the phone calls in opd hours and guide duty doctors on phone only.... But 20 minutes of talking on phone that too during my opd hours..that too after coming late to clinic (as.. Mentioned by you) Seems untrue... Even I wish to finish off my opd on time.. Thanks once again
