I had taken my maid for the treatment. Dr Kirti was very friendly. She took time to diagnose the problem (some bone beside the eardrum had eroded). She is very kind and considerate and could make out that the maid cannot afford the surgery she recommended. And so she suggested the maid to come to the Hamidia government hospital where she assured that she herself will do the surgery. She even charged less looking at her financial condition. Rare to find such doctors these days. She is truly inspiring.

I have been in the past been to the so called top ENT doctor and hospital. But he barely would explain the ailment.

I would recommend Dr Kirti to all my near and dear for any ENT related issue. Be healthy!

I had a throat infection which was very severe and i could not even eat and was feeling terrible. I did not expect many doctors to be available on the 1st of January since its new year however this doctor knowing my pain, arrived to the clinic 1 hour before her normal working time to look at me. within 2 days i could eat well and in about 7-10 days I am now fine. The Doctor also asked me to visit once again to verify if i have recovered from the infection. I would suggest this doctor to anyone who requires medical attention in the field of ENT.

She put us at ease and explained the condition and clarified all my queries/doubts very patiently and even repeatedly. Came out quite reassured and clear.

She explained me the main problem i.e LPRD in my case. She was very calm and patient while I was telling her my problem. I was very afraid about my throat but she assured me that I don't have any major problem. * ***** *** ** ******* *** ** *** **** ****** **** **** *** ******* she even reassured me by showing me the endoscopic video of my throat.

I took my self examined for a hearing loss for one of my ear. I am really nervous about my permanent deafness. I would come back, if needed, in the future.

Doctor diagnose the root of our ear problem. She describe the main cause of problem and refer authentic medicines and treatments. I am very much satisfied with doctor's behavior and treatments.

Doctor suggested nasal surgery bcoz the polps are too large and I can't survive with this. Wait and watch situation about doctor' s review. But overall she listens the problem in brief and understand what is the cause behind
