HI, I’m Nitya Salam and I recently had a check-up and treatment at Shrivastava Dental Clinic, and I wanted to share my experience because everything went very well—especially as someone who has always had anxiety about dental work.

Consultation & Scanning

When I walked in, Dr. Ankur Shrivastava took time to ask me exactly what my worries were (sensitivity, pain, staining etc.). he used digital X-rays to show me what was going inside -not just saying you have cavities but showing me the spots. That helped me trust the diagnosis.

Cleaning

The scaling and polishing was done gently. The hygienist explained each step before doing it, so I wasn’t startled. Even when there was some bleeding, it was minimal and expected. The polish left my teeth feeling super smooth.

Painless / Comfort

I was really surprised by how painless things were. The local anaesthesia worked well when needed, and during the extraction of a wisdom tooth I barely felt anything. They kept checking if I was okay. The staff’s calm and friendly manner helped too—they didn’t rush, and they reassured me.

Environment / Hygiene

Clinic was spotless. Waiting area was clean, chairs comfortable, brightly lit. Instruments were clearly sterile. The ventilation was good, and there were hand sanitisers around. Even the staff wore masks and gloves, and changed them when needed.

Overall Impressions

I left feeling happy that I picked a good dentist. No lingering pain, good explanation of what to do for home care, and follow-up message to check how I was doing. I’d recommend this clinic to friends who are nervous about dentists. Highest marks for combining professionalism + comfort + real care.
