Hello, Due to Corona pandemic we are not touching the patient unless it is utmost required, nor we are spending much time with people as we usually do in order to ensure we are following all safety measures for Covid. As a norm, anyone visiting outside OPD hours is charged an emergency fee by all doctors. I recommended hospitalization as per my diagnosis as the mother told me he is not retaining even water. Some times this could have lead to severe dehydration. You can always reach back again for clarifications and re diagnosis
