I want to offer my heartfelt thanks to the entire medical staff of Kamla Nursing Home. The doctors' dedication and commitment for services to the community and beyond deserve our deepest gratitude and admiration. They deliver their services methodically in combination with care and compassion which is not as easy as it may sound. The empathetic staff's willingness to spend time with patients is a welcome trait. Moreover, the management also ensures that every nook and corner of the nursing home is clean. Keep up the fantastic work!

At the time of normal delivery, the main doctor should be present and only under his supervision, compounder, nurses should all activities during delivery.

In my case, I found that my consultant doctor was not present at the time my delivery process was going on. I can understand, the doctor's team might be well expert, but after all the main doctor must be present at the moment.

Hyeginic practices should be much more taken care of while checking the opening of mouth of vaginal channel etc, the used hand gloves must be avoided, even if it is sterilised. Once it is used, it should not be used again.

I had my delivery on 11th jan 2020 and I just couldnt stop myself from giving this feedback. In the earlier stage of my pregnancy , my scans and monthly checkups were done in Kolkata but had to return back to my hometown,for the delivery. I am sorry to say that I was very much sure that in my place I wouldnt be getting a good doc and a clean hospital or a doc who would be answering all my queries(as did my previous doc). Visiting Dr P.Roy cleared all my confusions and fear.

I had csec as my water had already broken but on the very 3rd day I was able to stand and even walk slowly. The hospital is clean and hospital staffs are very helpful. I would highly highly recommend this doc.

** ** *** ** *** ***** ****** * **** **** ***** ** ** ***** no courtesy, ****** **** *** ** **** ** ************** I went for my pregnancy routine checkup thinking that he would be good based on the reviews but was greatly disappointed by his way of consultation, when I showed my previous reports, he straight away rejected saying that he will not accept these records since it was not done from his clinic (wtf!! ), later when I said that I had problems in my leg, he was least bothered to check that and kept ********** **** *** tests ** ****** ** **** ** *** ******* ***** ***** *** **** ****** He dint even talk properly to my father, he shouted at him for no reasons.

It was a satisfying experience. Dr.Roy made my complicated surgery seem easy. I had no pre or post hysterectomy problems and was back to my job within 10 days completely fit.I would recommend him to all those who have problems like me. He is now not only my doctor but a close friend. This is how much he gives to his patients. I wish him all the best.

One particular night I visited Kamala nursing home with my wife with seriously bleeding condition with least hope . After the doctor examined her and gave her medications, he explained to our family what actually happened. Although being a layman in medical terms , he made us understood the matter like my elder brother. The ray of hope provided by Prasanna sir has blessed us with a loving baby boy. After having 2late miscarriages I lost all hope but the 2 powers I relied upon helped me to accomplish my dream --one is God and the other is Dr Prasanna Roy --a doctor by passion and not by profession, a true fighter who kept on fighting with utmost confidence till the last, had the guts to take the correct decision drastically and at the correct time. Above all he always tried to relax and encourage me in all odd situations and himself kept his cool ,clarified every single doubt .I could never think about giving birth to my son successfully without his efforts.
