She helped me in learning about mindful eating and how to read and understand nutrition ratio in packaged food and determine if those are good for us or not specifically products claimimg to be sugarfree.

Her guidance helped in changing my meal patterns fron unhealthy and unbalanced composition to healthy and balanced meals.

Now I am spending extra time in understanding the package food nutrition facts before buying and saving money in not buying food items harmful to me.
