Due to various reasons, I had gotten into a rut and kept getting negative thoughts and fears about my future. I was not able to think clearly about how to solve my problems.Speaking with Dr Sreevathsa really has been helping me to clarify many things, clear my mind and discuss on what I should keep my focus on. Without him, I realised I struggled to find my focus and the way forward. I have had two meets with him for anxiety. In the first session, he explained my issue in depth and readily dealt with all of my doubts. He helped me gain varied perspectives towards my problems, boosted my confidence and also helped me come up with a concrete career option.

In the second session, talking to him felt like I was talking to a friend. And this is what I like the most about his approach. I feel relaxed, positive and light hearted after attending the sessions. He also enables you to make your own decisions by providing you enough guidance and support.
