I went to Dr Smrithi with multiple complaints about my psychological state which have long been hampering my personal as well as professional life!! I would always be weary about socializing and meeting new people or people at higher positions!! Most of the times that I would interact with new people or present something to external audience, I would be sweating profusely among other symptoms!! Dr Smrithi listened very patiently and intently and through her diagnosis found it that I had anxiety issues!! She is also helping me concentrate and reach the root cause for this anxiety!! She is very friendly and comforting which provides me the comfort and confidence to open up and work on the issues I have been having!! Although I and my treatment are till work in progress, I have come to realize that my anxiety has reduced over the last couple of months and I now a days almost constantly feel progressively confident of facing new challenges in both my personal and professional lives!!
