Ms. Smrithi Mary Saji

I consulted Ms Smrithi Mary Saji for my daughter who was suffering from severe depression. My daughter was recommended 25 TMS sessions along with CBT. I am pleased to report my daughter feeling the best after 18 TMS sessions along with regular assessment and CBT. Now my daughter is experiencing happiness in everything and can think more clearly.

I also had a problem of mild anxiety and was recommended both TMS and CBT  by Ms Smrithi Mary Saji. I am undergoing the same. I am made understand what is the underlying issue that make anxious. For past few months, precisely before consultation with Ms. Smrithi Mary Saji, I was suffering from the mental traumas of anxiety and associated fears. After hearing me so patiently and the then understanding of my issues, she explained it thoroughly and gave me sufficient appropriate professional advices and steps that should keep follow. Consequently, day by day, following the same advices, gradually helped me a lot in tackling the issues.Each sessions was worthy, helpful and economic and her advices helped to attain a more wider perspective.

I went to Dr Smrithi with multiple complaints about my psychological state which have long been hampering my personal as well as professional life!! I would always be weary about socializing and meeting new people or people at higher positions!! Most of the times that I would interact with new people or present something to external audience, I would be sweating profusely among other symptoms!! Dr Smrithi listened very patiently and intently and through her diagnosis found it that I had anxiety issues!! She is also helping me concentrate and reach the root cause for this anxiety!! She is very friendly and comforting which provides me the comfort and confidence to open up and work on the issues I have been having!! Although I and my treatment are till work in progress, I have come to realize that my anxiety has reduced over the last couple of months and I now a days almost constantly feel progressively confident of facing new challenges in both my personal and professional lives!! Will definitely recommend Dr Smrithi to everybody!! Will continue consulting her for my personal and psychological wellbeing!!

She is very good listener, I don't find her being judgemental, she helps to open up and speak. On the first session she advised which I found to be accurate. I was not able to sleep but after the session I got satisfaction and get my sleep back. Trusting her work and hoping to get more help from her. My experience is quite good.. Request people to come out from their stress by using these services, it is very essential to lead good, satisfied and happy life.

I was charged 2000 rs for one hour as the doctor was present for just one hour. She just listened to the issues of one person and charged 2000 rs (twice as her usual fee). The reception lady was pathetic. No follow up.. nothing...

She maintains a very comfortable ambience. Very friendly to talk to. She properly engaged with me and provided good advises.

We met Dr Smriti regarding our 6 y old son and his tough life at school. And Dr was able to table the facts we couldn't even think of are happening. We are very very very thankful to Dr Smriti .

The inaction with the doctor is good. As I'm in process of the treatment there isn't much to say yet.

She will listen to all your problems patiently and give some good techniques to divert. I had a TMS sessions with her where the treatment worked well for me. I was able to divert from the OCD thoughts by the end of the sessions. I feel relaxed as compared to previous life. I am spending more time on my work now.

Dr. Smriti provided me with a safe space to express myself and reassured me to work through my issues. Would recommend her to others.
