She was invited at House of Lords, UK in April 2019 as guest speaker to speak on healthy eating to balance female hormones.
Her approach is simple and supportive, providing as much guidance one needs to get on to the path of better health through awareness, information and inspiration. She provides personalised health programmes keeping in mind the nutritional deficiencies, likes and dislikes and religious beliefs.
As a mother to two very active young boys she fully able to appreciate and understand the challenges of healthy eating for children. Shruti likes to give practical advise on convenient healthy meals & snacks and being mindful of what one eats.
Shruti enjoys experimenting with recipes at with her family as her honest critics and never ceases to be amazed at how even the smallest nutritional changes can make a huge difference.
Shruti holds a Degree in Home Science from Lady Irwin College, Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from Pusa, New Delhi. She has completed her Diploma in Nutritional Therapy(functional medicine) from Institute of Optimum Nutrition, UK. Shruti is affiliated with AFN (Association for Nutrition), UK as Associate Nutritionist and is a Member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine), UK and Celiac Society of India.read less
