A friend recommended me to have a session with Ms. Shravya. In the past I have had a bad experience with therapist, so naturally I was skeptical. But I needed help so, decided to book an appointment for online session with Ms Shravya and very glad that I did.

After a month of weekly sessions I can say that I am in good hands. Finally I am being heard, understood and not judged. Ms Shravya is a great listener and guide. She is compassionate and empathetic. She carefully asks what I want to work on and doesn’t force her opinion. She is very professional. With her help my troubles are bothering me lesser and lesser every passing week.
