Shazia mam has been extremely helpful right from the beginning. During the first conversation itself, I realised she's a very friendly and sensible human being above all. She constantly kept in touch with me, enquiry about my health concerns, learning about me in order to make diet plans that would rightly help me manage my condition. One aspect of my consultations that I appreciate is the flexibility in diet changes. Every 7-10 days, my diet plan evolves, allowing for adjustments based on my progress and preferences. This adaptability keeps things interesting and helps me stay motivated on my journey to better health. There is a 2-3 days challenge diet plan as well which I have to follow in between with every normal diet plan.

The reason being,

But Doctor Shazia’s plan has the basic things only which everyone can get at their homes very easily.
