I have taken a online diet Program 3 months back for weight loss and thyroid issue and i am surprised to see the results i have not only lost 10 kg weight but also my TSH levels are down . Dt. Shalmali is such a knowledgeable person and a great human being .she not only understood my problem but also helped me with a plan that i can follow with work from home schedule . Thank you Doc for the counseling and the diet plan. I have visited several clinics in the past in Bangalore and Chennai, however none of the diet plans recommended by them were practical to be followed for more than 2-3 days. Hello there,i visited shalmali sharma for the weight loss program. She is super friendly with the patients .and the staff out there you don't have to say anything they are fabulous.once you visit revive be assured that you have taken the right Choice .

I am highly disappointed with my experience with her. I had booked an appointment yesterday, paid 1500 and he entertained me hardly for 5 mins. She insisted on visiting her clinic for weight gain massages, I did a research and nothing like this exists in this world. Next day when I tried reaching out to her for diet plan she gave a random list and immediately completed the conversation and the diet plan looks more of a weight loss plan rather a weight gain programme. Practo also allows to connect with a doctor for 3 times in the same amount but I’m surprised why this has not happened with this consultation. I find the consultation very bad and my experience with Practo and with this doctor is completely unsatisfactory.

Visited Dr. Sharma today for a Weight loss consultantion and fatty liver issue. It was a enriching and pleasant 40 mins session where she emphasised the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle/diet and suggested for a list of tests on basis of which an accurate diet chart shall be suggested. Overall had a very pleasant and productive experience. Looking forward for future consultations. 👍

It was my first visit to any nutritionist and trust me it was amazing . she understands my health issues exactly and prescribed me appropriate diet and easy to follow meal plan . whole treatment program is very well designed by Ms. Sharma ,I have never seen someone so understanding *** ************** Would surely recommend for all who are suffering from any kind of diet related issues you must visit her .

I was facing a lot of issues because of my heavy weight and went for many medical and diet treatments , but nothing worked out . And when my friend told me to meet Shalmali ji , i was not much confident . But after following her prescriptions and diet program now i am very much happy , since i can see significant weight loss withing couple of weeks , though its still in progress. Overall experience is very nice and i definitely recommend .
