Mostly providing Online and F2F Counseling as a service to IT professional, working couples and individuals for their marriage/marital issues, Family relationships, Pre-Marriage Assessments, Depression, Stress Management etc. Also provide consultation on preventive lifestyle coaching through Ayurveda to keep your body and mind healthy.With the combination of IT, Psychology, Ayurveda and Yoga knowledge and background, my consultation approach is more practical with the greater emphasis towards Preventive/Proactive approach that can be easily followed with current lifestyle. Also the solution are focused towards holistic approach of balancing body and mind, which is the source for many such problems among working professional.Also I conduct Ayurveda wellness workshop during weekends that provides insight into Ayurveda system and it's solution to address the lifestyle disorders. The session also covers learning of basis self massage techniques at home like body, head, foot, facials etc, and also daily, weekly, monthly lifestyle routines, dietary and exercise.
