When it comes to listening, Sanheeta is always extremely attentive and gives me time to verbalize and process at my own pace. Sanheeta also backs our discussions with interesting statistics and facts from time to time, which make me feel like I’m not entirely alone in my struggles. Despite living and working abroad, I don’t feel the physical distance - and already feel a difference in my mental well being with just a few online sessions. I cannot recommend her enough!!
