I met Sangeeta Mam after being diagnosed with Severe Apnea(very high snoring issue) and realized it's all due to me being overweight. I stand 5'3 inches tall and my weight was 105 then. Sangeeta Mam started to provide me with weekly diet plans and also worked on positive mindset, affirmation, meditation and exercise(yoga and running). She was very caring and helpful and made me understand why we are doing or eating the way we are. I met her on Jan 13 this year and concluded on June end. During this 5 months, I lost 29 kg and now my weight stand at 76. My inched also came down from 44 to 31 and size from XXL to Medium. I really feel blessed to have met her and under her guidance completed my transformation journey. The best part of this is it was achieved with normal daily food with no exotic diet, I never left eating roti and sabji 😀.
