Ms. Sakshi Agarwal (PT)

I have been in therapy with many counsellors and can say confidently that she helped me to get better and independent in a very little time. I was diagnosed with MDD and had several anxiety attacks. She was the first therapist who helped me get to normal life with a major reduction in my meds in just 1.5 months. I love how she gives actual logic behind my fears so I can cope with them and the book references/homework that help address underlying emotions and fears.

I visited the doctor for my severe anxiety and panic related issues. She helped me with understanding the trigger points and helped me with the techniques to deal with those issues. I have improved a lot and now look at things with a more positive attitude.

Sakshi helped me through a tough phase in life. She empathetically listened to everything I had to share and guided me towards finding solutions to my problems. After a few sessions with her, I feel so much more equipped to take on life's challenges.

I’ve been seeing Ms Sakshi for a few months now and I can see such an improvement in my life. Initially I started visiting her for my anxiety and depression but she helped me understand the deeper issues with my mental health. She listens and is non judgmental with her thoughts. Her advices and exercises have been helpful. I am continuing to see her because after every visit I do see an improvement in my life.
