I have been in therapy with many counsellors and can say confidently that she helped me to get better and independent in a very little time. I was diagnosed with MDD and had several anxiety attacks. She was the first therapist who helped me get to normal life with a major reduction in my meds in just 1.5 months. I love how she gives actual logic behind my fears so I can cope with them and the book references/homework that help address underlying emotions and fears.

She helped me understand the gaps in thought processes, helped me declutter the messy entangled thoughts, and gave me courage, stronger self-esteem, fewer fears, and more smiles. She encourages us to keep up with good habits like Morning walks, Excercise regime, listening to music, outdoor games, and so on, especially those which help us create positive energy. I consulted her to get rid of negative and unproductive thought patterns. Dr. Sakshi has been my therapist for nearly six months now. I approached her to help address cyclical depression, anger management, and unhappiness with my living conditions which greatly affected my relationship with my partner. Doctor Sakshi Agarwal was the most friendly person to talk to. She had her ears in throughout the session. She didn't have any judgemental mentality and always had a smile on her face. Her way of responding to my story gave me more strength and belief in myself.
