Being an IT professional very often I suffer from neck and back pains. I used to ignore it until it became severe that it was diffcult for me to even sit and work for sometime. One of my friend suggested to consult Dr Ramya and I decided give it a try. She was quite knowledgable and clearly explained the reason for the pain and after few sessions i am back to normal. She also suggested few excercises that are quite easy and I am able to avoid any recurrance of the pain.
