more..I was asked by a pain management counsel to consider seeing a therapist as they believed that most of the physical pain that I was experiencing might be stemming as a result of my mental health. I reached out to Preethy and have had close to 4+ sessions now. I can tell how much of unwinding has helped me through my conversations with her. She has helped me see from different perspectives through her questions - which I wasn’t asking myself before. She helped me in seeing things for what it is in actuality and help face certain reality.
