I have visited Dr Pratik at Zelus Physiotherapy for L5- S1 herniated disc. Dr Pratik is very friendly and helped me understand the issue and suggested me lifestyle modifications to heal faster. The range of motion exercises and Strength training he made me do did wonders for me. I'm almost out of pain now.

While being very passionate on the football field I suffered from ACL ligament tear. I took physiotherapy treatment for 2 months at the hospital that I was diagnosed but my knee was still buckling. I then realized that though it was a reputed ortho hospital the physiotherapy services for me were very ineffective as I kept doing the same set of exercises for two months without any progress. As it was not working out for me I searched on Practo for a Physio with the best rating and reviews and decided to try Zelus.
