Dr Prachi's guidance and excercise protocols was a God sent during my pregnancy. I followed the routines suggested by her which greatly helped me handle pregnancy and labour pain better than I had hoped. It also helped me achieve normal delivery! I highly recommend all pregnant women follow physiotherapy routines to help with easier pregnancy and labour.
What we really appreciated about Dr. Prachi was how she explained all the excercise details in depth and yet in a simplistic manner. Her explanations helped us understand how each excercise would actually help both mind and body. We found her very patient and dedicated. Thank you so much, Dr. for all the guidance that made this a wonderful experience.

I was referred to Dr. Prachi by my gynaec as I always used to have pains and aches related to pregnancy, and also because fitness was very important to me. Joining her pre-natal exercise classes was the best decision I took. Not only did the classes helped me maintain my fitness and energy levels but also enabled me to connect with other expectant mothers. The breathing exercises helped me a lot during my natural delivery process.
Dr. Prachi’s advice and guidance helped a lot - the best thing about her is she is extremely friendly and approachable, and responds promptly via email/chat. I would always have a sense of relief talking to her and clearing all my skepticisms related to pregnancy and fitness - do’s and don’ts (sometimes I would even ask her questions not related to her field of specialty and she would still not hesitate to guide me in some direction for those queries).

Dr Prachi guided me through pre and post natal exercises extremely well. She was available to answer any questions through email and chat. Her virtual pre-natal sessions allowed me to follow an exercise regime and helped me connect with other expecting mothers.
Exercises she suggested relieved my side body ache. Pain that I thought was part and parcel of pregnancy.
Her post-natal consultation was equally excellent. She guided me through method of getting in and out of bed that would be least painful after a C-Sec. She also explained precautions to be taken and level of mobility/exercises to do during postpartum period.

Dr Prachi was my physiotherapist in Cloud Nine Hospital during my pregnancy and post delivery as well. She guided me through the nine months in various sessions and helped me with pre natal exercises and stretches. I followed her advice and did all that she prescribed which really helped me with usual back aches and other health issues associated with pregnancy. My pelvic floor muscles were very relaxed and favourable at the time of delivery and I had a normal delivery. She also helped me get rid of neck pain post delivery which usually comes due to feeding the baby. All through my pregnancy I felt active and full of energy and different body aches were minimal. I strongly recommend Dr Prachi to all the expecting and new mothers.
