You are having tremendous knowledge on how to turn breach baby head down and make ready towards easy delivery.Breathing techniques helped me a lot to recover and cope up on delivery time. My experience with your yoga class is excellent. Its a complete program, starting from pre natal care to post natal care, labour signs, how to hande labour pain, breast feeding, baby care...she will cover all these topics during your yoga sessions.
