When I first went with my problem of knee pain I went with lot of anxiety and stress because I was told that very soon I would have to have knee replacement

The moment Dr Ponkhi went through my X-rays and tested me and told me that I had no major issues and with Physio and muscle strengthening exercises I should be fine it was a big relief

Dr Ponkhi is an excellent person who gives lot s of positivity and encouragement she makes us feel very comfortable and confident

I fall short of words of thanking her for all her support and encouragement she is indeed a great friend

I have tried multiple physiotherapy places for my wrist (post surgery), and my other muscle strains for nearly a year. No one has been able to help me thoroughly.

However, ever since I've been here, I have been steadily improving. Dr Ponkhi is so educated about multiple conditions and knows exactly what treatment to give. I have always felt that she has magic hands! She has been so patient throughout my multiple problems and is so dedicated to helping me overcome them despite the length of time it takes me to recover. I have never met a person or a doctor like her, she is truly one of the kindest people who really cares about the patients' wellbeing and happiness. I think her positive energy has also helped in recovery in addition to her precise treatments! Both Dr Ponkhi and Dr Aparna are absolutely amazing, and I'm so thankful to have met them :)

I had a slipped disc problem, my doctor suggested to visit physiotherapist.I met Dr ponkhi she suggested me 10 days of sessions.I completed my treatment 20 days ago till now I am perfectly fine..Thanks to herI am able to sit and work again and sleep peacefully I should also mention About Dr Sneha too. She tells you the exact root cause and gives you the right treatment, I had neck pain for more than a year and it's gotten better now from the treatment and exercises which doctor prescribed and they give you individual attention so you do the exercises right. Due to severe back pain with nerve root compression at L3-L4 as perMRI, Doctors had advised me for surgery. At Curis they explained me that surgery is not a permanent solution. Then they assured me of getting better with Physiotherapy. Their approach towards patients are genuine. After taking treatment for 15 days along with the medicines prescribed by Doctor, I am feeling better. They have taught some simple exercises to do at home.
