Dr Nithin listens to all problems and then provides very targeted solutions to each problem and even changes beliefs and thoughts that underline the problem. He helped me figure out strategies to manage panick attacks and also move ahead in life effectively.

I had been struggling through psychological issues for a long time. Recently, It felt like I was in a pit from where it seemed like it was next to impossible to get out of. The thing is during such a hard time, it is difficult to understand the problem going on.Dr Nitin is a calm, humble, empathetic and knowledgeable person who listens to the problem, empathises properly, provides different aspects to look at the issue and then gives the solution.I would definitely recommend him as unlike others he doesn't throw heavy psychological terms but gives plain, simple solutions which are easy to implement. I had been to other counselors before reaching out to him but here I started to recover and become aware of myself.I certainly understand that it is not that in one session or two, the therapist would do something that will just re-scramble my thoughts mysteriously. And I feel the best part is that you gain different perspectives and self-knowledge which helps in the long run.With time, patience, a support system and especially With Dr. Nitin's guidance I am now able to recover to a certain extent. I am still taking his help so that I can become capable of leading my life on my own.

I never found comfortable talking much about myself to my close ones. So I was looking for some help from a professional. And I found him on Practo, based on his ratings I booked my appointment. And I continued doing that till I started to feel better I was somehow very comfortable talking out my mind to Nitin. He is very patient and understands the core reason for the problems. He has really got a good change in me. The change which I thought was impossible to happen. I have read his feedbacks and I got to know that he guides every individual according to their personality. And that is a good quality because I have hardly seen that in any in my past.

I would definitely see him again in future. Whenever I need to boost up my positive thoughts.

The doctor is definitely one of a kind. I had read the reviews before visiting and was exactly the way he was mentioned, very patient and listened to everything and helped me understand why things work a certain way. I went for stress and anxiety mainly and the doctor in a way made himself the outlet I needed for my emotions, suggested me good books as well to help me. The best part of the experience is that I went only for one session till now and he already checked up twice on me to see if everything was going well. Nitin is a person who genuinely cares about his clients. I visited him when I had a hard time accepting that I have to stay in India. Not only has he helped me in accepting it, he has also helped me overcome issues that I had suppressed for 20 years.

The good thing about him is that he does not hesitate to recommend you to a different counselor, if he thinks that you could benefit from therapy that he's not an expert on. He's confident in his subject, compassionate and listens to you patiently. Of course, he doesn't hesitate to challenge your reasoning when required; and helps you achieve clarity in your thoughts.

Over the last few months of therapy, I have learnt to trust him to guide me towards the truth. It's an ongoing journey that is extra long because of the specific issues I am facing but I have no qualms in saying that if he hadn't been my counselor, I wouldn't have been able to reach where I am today.

I needed some counselling for a personal crisis and he really helped me to figure things out. I took two sessions and once I returned for the next session he brought out some points regarding the first session which made me realise that he had been paying careful attention all along. He listened and gave good insight into my problem and now I feel much more sorted and less of a wreck . I visited Nitin sir at one of the lowest phase of my life. I was wondering why was I suffering so much, inspite of being right in my actions.

My relationship with my husband was strained and I was totally lost and alone as an individual. It was only during these sessions I realised that I have been victimising myself a lot. Just a little change in my mindset helped me in taking responsibility and actions and trust me my relationship was back on track :) . My other issue was self esteem and we are still working on it.

Nitin sir is extremely extremely patient, he tries to look at the problem from all angles and this gives you new prospectives to look at. He makes you realize your strength and also makes you work on weaknesses. He let's you be the person you are. It's not like he provides you plan A to Z to work on and expects you to alter yourself to get results. It's simple way of looking at your inner self/problem and taking actions in an organic way . And the positive results are evident :)

This was my first time seeing a psychologist. Mr. Nitin is fabulous when it comes to addressing the issues of the patient. I personally feel that it is more important that at your difficult times when you are trusting upon someone, he/she should be able to impart some positivity. And Mr. Nitin will swiftly bring you out from the negative pool you've been into. He listens everything really carefully and isn't judgemental about your problems. I will definitely recommend, as after 2 sessions only I feel a lot better and will​ hopelfully continue to do so.
