I went for some parental and child behavioral issues. She conducted few assessments for various area. Also spoke to us for understanding the for any parenting issues. Mostly empathetic and trying to get the required information with giving examples for scenarios and explanations. We are able to follow and cop up with the assessments. We are able to get an idea for our problem on where it exactly. I would recommend to respond with true and exact response for quires and assessments she suggests that will make it to a point where the base problem is. She also clearly pointed out the further action items, we will recommend her.

Have consulted Nithya Sarah Abraham. She's in real, amazing with her approach. Very professional and ethical. I was able to talk to / open up her without any limitations and hesitation. She's non judgemental and listens attentively. I was struggling with anxiety depression and stress with severe symptoms of de-realization. That's when I booked an appointment with Dr. Nithya in MindfulTMS Whitefield. She is an amazing doctor who doesn't jump to conclusions on first meeting. She analyzed my response and assessment and found the exact reason of my suffering. Post which TMS therapy was advised. She also taught me many techniques to reduce stress level in my daily routine. She gives full attention during the entire tms process and even otherwise. I am very happy I met her and by the end of treatment I am noticeably feeling better. Coming to experience with Mindful TMS, I am happy with the staff and there smooth process. Ms. Vaani had been lovely and always made feel at home. She answered all my doubts related to TMS. Thank you.

I have been dealing with multiple mental health issues like marital issues, anxiety disorder, depression, stress etc for quite some time now. I have been consulting Dr Sarah for more than 6 months now and she has helped immensely to break down my issues into manageable smaller chunks that aren't overwhelming to deal with and she has been able to instill a sense of hope in my ability to face them. She listens intently to the problems and without giving false hopes and being realistic about challenges in future while dealing with the issues, she has been successful in giving suggestions on how at small and manageable scale I can counter the problems. Her sessions have been really helpful for me and I do see changes happening for the good! Will continue consulting her and will recommend her to others as well!

I would like to thanks Nithya and all other people at mindful tms(Kartika,Vani,Sumant) for there support and help during the treatment .I had visited mindful tms for anxiety and panic attack issue and feel much more relaxed and confident after taking CBT and rtms .My medicine dosage has reduced and I hope to recover fully over time and come out of medicine .Once again I would like to thank entire team of mindful for there help during my tough time .
