Vidya, we have been in touch with her for diet/lifestyle modifications to improve health. Its been a wonderful experience so far! She is quite receptive, friendly, approachable and more importantly what stood out for us her patient listening skills to understand the situation holistically "before rattling out a long menu like several I have met". Its quite refreshing to have someone by your side to know who understands your goals and works diligently and yet nudges you to your goal constantly . And to top it, as icing on the cake she has specialized in psychology too. That adds to the advantage. She very quickly gets the pulse of the patient. Handles everyone patiently with a smile. I consulted her for my mother's uncontrolled diabetes. My mom was on medication and insulin thrice a day. She beautifully explained to my mother her condition. And took a few appropriate tests to find out the core issue. And sorted it out. Now my mother is completely out of insulin with diabetes under control.

Horrible experience, very unprofessional behaviour by Ms Vidya. She hardly listens to what i had to say. The moment we entered she gave two sheets and told to follow them. I told my problem even though she was not interested to listen. *** *** *** ****** **** **** *** **** To the questions my wife was asking, she rudely mentioned to check in the sheets she gave. Some of the info in the sheets is not convincing where it was mentioned to avoid fruits and vegetables. **** ******* **** **** ***** ***** *** *** ******* ******** *** ******** I don’t recommend her at all. You will be wasting your time and money. ** ********** ****** ***** **** **** ** ********** ***** **** **** **** ************** She hardly spent 5-10min in the consultation.. very disappointing.. we were 10min late for consultation due to traffic, she seemed to be very disappointed and upset due to that and did not come out of it inspite of our apology and explanation.

I would highly recommend Dr. Vidya as I am quite satisfied with the consultation and diet prescribed. She has the ability to mould her recommendations to the persons specific needs and has managed to address all my concerns. She has ensured the right balance of food choice for me which were easy to incorporate in my daily life.
