I just completed with a 4 week programme, I am very happy with the progress. Ms. Vasundhara and her associates are very approachable and prompt in responses. The diet chart is very well thought out and is tailored to one’s preferences, so it becomes a lot easier to follow! At the age of 58, a super fat lady has trimmed to mid fat. Lost 13 kgs in 24 weeks. Wondering how?
It all started with a confusion will this diet work for me, but after 2 weeks looking at the result of losing 2 kgs, I was happy. Vasundhara madam has given customized plan aligned to our Tamil Nadu south Indian style cuisine.
3.5 Kgs lost in 5 weeks, my body started feeling light. Acidity problem which bothered me before has disappeared now. My confidence has boosted a lot.
Madam has cleared all the doubts in weekly calls. For eg: If there is a any function or travel as I was forced to eat outside, she advised to take in a certain quantity and follow the timing properly.
5.5 kgs lost in 8-weeks. Laziness disappeared.I felt more active.
7.3 kgs lost in 12-weeks. People around me was stunned and shocked to see a change in my look. I felt much easier and comfortable while climbing the stairs.
I have subscribed for another 12-week plan with a transition of confused mindset to strong motivated mindset who can lose more weight.
The journey continued. Being vegetarian, I have less option for protein. Personally, I didn't like paneer as we are not used to it. But madam has suggested interesting dishes like paneer burji, achari paneer, tawa paneer etc. Now I started liking it and become better paneer cook as well.
*The greatest challenge* : Some weeks weight will be flat or wil have less reduction due to travel or for some reason. Madam was extremely supportive at time.
End of the story, 13 kgs lost in 24 weeks. Madam has helped me to build a habit of eating more healthy and extremely less junk food.

My experience with Vasundhara has been extremely effective and delightful to say the least. I signed up with Vasundhara for blood sugar balancing (Type 2 Diabetes) and weight loss diet. I started with fasting blood sugar of 258 and within 2 weeks of following her diet chart, reached and maintained 130 fasting sugar. My medications have been reduced to half and I am continuing to loose weight consistently as well (10lbs so far).
I have tried various diets and exercise regiments to loose weight and lower my blood sugar for the past decade, but haven't been able to sustain anything long term. The best thing about her personalized diet charts is that they are easy to follow and extremely sustainable. She is accommodating with the time difference, pays personal attention to queries and problems and is extremely flexible with your choice of cuisine, routine, travel and likes or dislikes.
During my course of following her diet, I suffered with back problems that led me to taking steroid injections. Upon mentioning this, Vasundhara suggested a gluten free diet to reduce inflammation. The gluten free diet really helped my back issue and in turn I was able to get off steroids soon. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and that confidence helped me try something new.
My favorite part of working with Vasundhara is that her diets have changed my relationship with food completely. At any point, I have never felt like I am starving or not getting variety in the food that I am consuming. In fact, I have never felt the urge to binge either. Being mindful of the food one consumes is something I will carry with me for life. She is truly not just a dietician but a lifestyle coach. After I started to experiment with intermittent fasting for a couple of months to reduce weight, I started encountering issues like bloating. I consulted Dr Vasundhra mainly because after trying most of the things to manage PCOD and weight loss , I was still not able to achieve the same, specially with my less active lifestyle.
