I took online sessions with Trisha. She helped me with my anxiety. I got to know the root cause of why this was happening to me. Progressively, I started to take remedial action to improve my situation. She was extremely helpful and compassionate through the process.

When I visited Dr. Trisha, I was lost in my life. Confused, angry and sad everything at once. I could not focus on work, eat or sleep. It was hard. But Dr. Trisha made me very comfortable that it felt like I was talking

When I visited Dr. Trisha, I was lost in my life. Confused, angry and sad everything at once. I could not focus on work, eat or sleep. It was hard. But Dr. Trisha made me very comfortable that it felt like I was talking to a very old friend. I could speak freely to her and I could let out all my emotions and problems easily. After each session, she would leave a few questions to ponder over, ask me to do little things which would not take much effort but makes you think for yourself. For example, she had asked me to list what do I want to change in my life, what should remain the same or make it better etc. Now, after around 8 months, when I look back, I notice how all those sessions, the questions she asked add up.

Now, in every aspect of my life that I share, she gives a very different perspective that I would never have thought of. And that helps a lot!

From healing childhood trauma to increasing productivity in day to day activities, she has helped me achieve significant improvement over the past few months. Some of her best traits are being truly non-judgmental, humble and open minded which helped me share my thoughts without any hesitation.

I am gay and have walked a rough path like most non binary gender people. I am come to accept myself. Yet, even the thought of facing family & friends and coming out to live my life, is terrorising.

Trisha guided me through my mental turmoil. She pushed and helped me come out my sister. She helped me abundantly with understanding of what was happening to me mentally. This awareness itself was quite valuable to me. It formed a basis for my path forward with a good understanding of my feelings.
