I started seeing Ms. Trisha Ray almost three years ago during one of the most difficult phases of my life, struggling with repeated panic attacks and severe anxiety. Her warm, empathetic, and insightful approach immediately made me feel seen and understood. Through our sessions, I also finally received a diagnosis for fibromyalgia, something that had gone undiagnosed for over 15 years despite countless attempts to seek help.

She’s good at what she does and her approach makes it easy for you to trust her on what maybe a painfully vulnerable experience. I feel like she’s been able to easily decode my life and make it better by helping me see things better. By helping me with tools I don’t know could work. Until they did.
