We visited the Doctor for strained and unhappy marital relationship .Doctor was extremely patient in hearing both our side of the stories. She also explained the reasons which cause stress in life and how stress aggravates and affects the relationship. We were given tips to ensure we give equal time and importance to all aspects of life , personal , social , emotional , mental and spiritual. She also helped us identify positives in each of us and encouraged us to let go off baggages and start fresh by dedicating couple time every day . It was a satisfactory meeting and time well spent letting off pent up frustrations and feelings . We are hopeful of positive changes ahead in our marital life.

She's super warm, friendly and compassionate. She makes you feel very comfortable and creates a safe space for you to express yourself. She's a great listener and helps you understand and navigate your issues competently. I honestly felt super relieved, hopeful and positive post our session. I loved that she followed up to see how I was doing and gave me tools to better myself daily.
