Dr Aditi Mahesh is really professional. Her attention to details in our conversation is very impressive. Though I have just been seeing her for the last two months, there has been a significant improvement in me. She really makes me feel comfortable and its very easy to have a conversation with her. I was really nervous before starting counselling, but she has really made this processes easy and stress free. She has taken time on every topic i wanted to talk about, she has a lot of patience and does not rush through anything. I highly recommend seeing her if anyone has similar problems as me.

I've been talking to Dr Aditi Mahesh over the last month and I must tell you that it is going great. I have spoken to quite a few therapists in the past, but this experience stands out, cause it has been programmed around actionables and not just talk. Aditi is smart, thoughtful, empathetic and what I like the most about, is that she keeps it REAL! Ever since the first session, where she heard me out, we have been working on various techniques to deal with my situation and most importantly looking at a situation with a different lens. I feel at ease talking to Aditi and it is mostly because she makes me comfortable. If you are looking to have mental/emotional needs addressed, I would recommend The Mind Research Foundation. Ms.Aditi was very patient and supportive throughout the sessions. She listened to all the concerns and planned sessions to address them all, one at a time. Even on days where it was difficult for me to speak up or be involved, she gave the space and time or even postponed sessions to other days on my convenience. The methods and activities she took me through really helped me face/overcome my issues(still working on a few). I’m really thankful to her and recommend consulting her.
