This was my second visit to The hospital. Firstly I met a psychiatrist and she suggested that I rather meet a psychologist , when I booked an appointment with dr. Neha, I was made to wait a little more longer than the expected waiting period, which was still okay. But when I finally went and met the doctor, literally in 2 mins, she just told me that she doesn’t want to handle my case. I dint even get a chance to interact with her, she then passed my case to another psychologist, who wasn’t available anytime soon. It was extremely embarrassing to me that a doctor who I thought I could be comfortable enough to share my issues with, declined my case without even interacting with me. It is absolutely disgraceful that a doctor would treat a patient that way. She did not give me any explanation as to why she acted that way, let alone apologize for the humiliation.

We were charged Rs 1000 for the session where the doctor gave absolutely no solution to the problem. In fact she just asked us to take more sessions. In such a case the charges shouldn’t be that high and that’s highly unacceptable. She spent barely 15mins and the appointment was taken for an hr. It was highly disappointing. A hospital like cadabams should know the value of money and shouldn’t charge like this patients who have come for genuine problems. The doctor didn’t suggest ANYTHING during the session or after the session. Overall a highly disappointing experience I would like to never visit the doctor in future
